Annie Alanakian’s writing journey began at the age of 16, but her life path initially led her to a career as a nurse. However, her love for writing stories has always remained with her, and in 2021, she finally published her first collection of short stories in her second language, Persian. This collection, which marks a turning point in her literary career, showcases a unique style of storytelling—one that masterfully blends illusion and reality. Recently, Annie has revised, completed, and translated these works into English, while adding new, fresh, and impactful narratives to the collection. Her writing, like a work of art, has endured and left a deep impression.
